Quick Set Up

The 5-2 Normal – Trio Sky Zone drops 3 defenders back in 3 deep zone. Two defenders play hook zones, while the right end drops into the curl to flat. Their are 5 defenders that rush the quarterback.
To set the defense up, we move the right linebacker down near line of scrimmage between the center and left guard. We also hot route the right linebacker to blitz.
The idea of this set up is to generate inside pressure from the strong side defensive tackle.
Once the ball is snapped, the nose looks to shoot through the A gap between the center and left guard.
The nose tackle, comes straight after the quarterback.
